Request a Review of Property Appraisal


IMPORTANT:  For optimal performance, please use Chrome, Internet Explorer 8 or greater, or Firefox (all) with a minimum screen resolution of 1024 X 768.  Some enhanced features of this site will only work with the latest browsers.  Use of older versions may cause problems with functionality.

Following is the process for requesting a review of your property for the 2015 Assessment Roll..

  1. The best method for requesting a review of your property is to file a request online at WebPro Property Data.

  2. You may also request a review by telephoning our office at (615) 862-6080 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  3. You may request a review in person by visiting our office at 700 2nd Ave. S,
    Suite 210, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
    Download a map.

How To Request A Property Assessment Review Online:

  1. Go to WebPro Property Data.
    (If you are unfamiliar with the request process, please continue reading these instructions and click on the link at the end.)

  2. Input your property information in the Search boxes, choosing STREET, PARCEL, or OWNER (see drop-down arrow in the first block), then inserting the request information in the second and third blocks, and finally clicking the GO button.

You will be directed to a page under the SEARCH tab with your Property Parcel ID, Location and Name listed.

Click on any field, i.e., Parcel ID, Location, Owner, and the basic information regarding your property will be displayed under the SUMMARY tab.

These final three tabs located to the right of HOME / SEARCH / SUMMARY / INTERIOR/ EXTERIOR/ ABOUT are your 'gateways' to filing your informal review, comparing sales, and getting aerial and street views of properties in your neighborhood and beyond.

Click "File Informal Review" and you will arrive at this page:

Use PICTOMETRY for Pictorial Data

PICTOMETRY captures the highest quality and most accurate oblique (taken at an angle), orthogonal (taken straight down), community (shot from a higher altitude spanning a wide area), and neighborhood (shot from lower altitude and closer and more detailed) images to correctly identify and document each parcel of land.

Click "Pictomerty" to access the pictorial data regarding the property for which you are gathering property search data (see image below):

    *If you miss the deadline to file an appeal, the value of your property will become FINAL with no further chance to appeal.
