Request a Review of Property Appraisal

Following is the process for requesting a review of your property.

  1. You may request a review online at Property WebPro Data.

  2. You may request a review via telephone by calling (615) 862-6083 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  3. You may request a review in person by visiting our offices at 700 2nd Ave. S,
    Suite 210, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

How To Request A Property Assessment Review Online:

  1. Go to Property WebPro Data.  Input your property information in the Search boxes and click the GO button.

You wil be directed to a page under the SEARCH tab with your Property Parcel ID, Location and Name listed.

Click on any field, i.e., Parcel ID, Location, Owner, and the basic information regarding your property will be displayed under the SUMMARY tab.

Please note the area beneath the top row of tabs.  These are links.  The 5th link from the left is REVIEW REQUEST.  Click this link.
